Phenomenal service! I got the run around through another company that provided empty promises. Decided to ask Chat GPT which service I should be using to collect my mother’s uneconomical-to-repair-vehicle based on market sentiment, and Sydney Car Collection were the recommendation. I’d made an enquiry through their online system at ~21:30 on a Monday night, and at 09:25 the following morning, I received a call from Ali, suggesting that he could come out on the day! In addition to speed of service, the price offered for the vehicle had exceeded my expectations. I’d organised this on behalf of my mother, who following our call, Ali had made direct contact with. My elderly mother advised that Ali was super helpful throughout the whole process, and even supported her with removing the registration plates from her vehicle. I can’t recommend the company enough, and know who I’ll be suggesting to friends and family that find themselves in a similar situation.
